28lb Hammers

Near the quarry face from which the stone was obtained, four men were employed to crack stones, three feet high and five feet wide, into suitable sizes from which setts could be made. They used 28lb hammers.   23W X 40H cm  Spray paint, collage, enamel & acrylic on ply.
